RAID RULES & ADDONS

Etiquette

  • Raiders will treat every Guildy with respect.

  • Raiders will not speak over the Raid Lead. Anyone who wants to give input will wait for their opportunity to speak.

  • Raiders will not class hop frequently. When wanting to change class, you must approach the Raid Lead.

Preparation In game

  • Raiders will bring sufficient consumables to last a raid. Food, Pots, Flasks etc.

  • Augment runes are mandatory.

  • Raiders will have all sockets filled with T3 current gems.

  • All gear will be enchanted with level & class appropriate enchants (This is flexible early in the tier).

  • Raiders will bring any class specific resources needed. E.g. healers need Mana Food.

Preparation Out of game

  • We use Discord for voice communication. Each raid member is required to be in voice chat for the duration of raids.

  • Each raid member is required to familiarize themselves with boss mechanics and tactics. Mythic Trap and ReadyCheckPull guides are excellent resources. Videos and guides will be posted in 🏰raid-chat.

  • Strategies and notes for our encounters will be posted on the discord and each raider is required to keep themselves informed of our discussions. Continued failure to do so may be grounds for replacement.

  • Our raid logs are posted during or after each raid night. Each player should review their performance and look for ways to improve. Anyone who feels they need help with this should ask the raid leader or an officer on the raid team.

Attendance

  • MDF raid nights are Wednesdays and Sundays 8:00-11:00pm server time.

  • Invites will begin fifteen minutes prior to the start of raids, with the first pull happening AT start time. Each raid member must be physically present, prepared, & ready to begin at that time.

  • Members with unavoidable issues that cause absence or lateness must notify the Raid Lead or an Officer on the raid team ASAP.

Roles

  • All raiders should be prepared to make changes to their spec/talents, depending on the encounter.

  • Hybrid classes may be asked to change their role in certain circumstances based on the needs of the raid or encounter.

Mythic Team Rules - All rules above still apply Mythic Raiders:

  • Will be able to miss two raid nights a season (this does not include last minute emergencies). Missing any more than two will result in a potential bench.

  • Must run a minimum of 8 m+ 10's a week for a full myth vault.

  • Must have a strong knowledge of their class, with a dedication to continually improving their performance.

  • Must watch a boss kill PoV of their class/spec & understand the mechanics/roles of said spec for each fight in advanced.

Loot Council Code of Conduct

  • Members will trust that the loot councils decisions aim to be fair & unbiased.

  • Members will avoid disruptive behaviour over loot decisions.

  • Any form of harassment, toxicity or drama will result in disciplinary action.

  • Loot Council members hold the right to disregard a players roll if they have not been meeting expectations set by the Raid Rules.

Following these rules is required of everyone seeking a spot on the MythicDungeonFools raid team. Anyone who fails to maintain all of these rules may be replaced. It is important to note that we value having a raid environment with good vibes. The easiest way to achieve this while also respecting everyone's time & effort is for every member of the raid team to exercise personal responsibility. We’d rather not have to enforce these rules, but they are in place if it ever becomes necessary.
